This event is held in multiple locations:
- The Piscataqua Riverfest Boat Show on the grounds of the Strawbery Banke Museum – 14 Hancock St, Portsmouth.
- Gundalow sails depart from the Sheafe Warehouse dock, at the end of the Water St. alley in Prescott Park
- Visiting boats docked nearby in Prescott Park
Parking
- June 3rd is going to be a busy day! The Portsmouth NH 400 parade and the Chowder Festival are also downtown. There will be a shuttle service running throughout town (see image below)
- There is not a main parking lot for the Piscataqua Riverfest, but there are many available lots in the area. Please see the City’s parking information page for locations, prices, and limits:

- Please read all street and parking lot signs carefully to understand potential limits and costs.
- Marcy St by State/Court Sts will host 5 ADA parking spaces as the spaces in the north end of Prescott Park are not available. Water St has 2 additional spaces. Note that time limits (typically 3 hours) apply to all spaces, so please check the specific limits for where you park.

Bike
There are bike racks by the entrance to Strawbery Banke, and throughout Prescott Park.
Seacoast Area Bicycle Riders is hosting a bike valet at the Middle School on Parrott Ave. There’s a bike repair stand located nearby at the Portsmouth Library too.

The Piscatqua Riverfest is primarily in the region of Strawbery Banke, Prescott Park & Peirce Island. Point your GPS to our office nearby at 60 Marcy St or 14 Hancock St, Portsmouth. Please note that parking in this immediate area is very limited. Water Street may look enticing, but it is parking by permit only with strict enforcement.
